Every plan starts with the same fifteen minute call. You’ll have your exact price in writing before we build anything, and if we’re not the right fit, we’ll say so.
Where the money goes
The build fee
You pay nothing until the work is done. We build the whole thing, put it in front of you, and you only pay once you’ve seen it and approved it. The fee covers strategy, every word of copy, design, code, and the setup of every system in your plan.
The monthly fee
Starts the day you go live, not before. It covers hosting, security, backups, every edit you ask for, and support from a human. On Front Desk plans it covers the agent’s call costs too. It’s flat: a busy month costs you the same as a quiet one. Most agencies charge $100 to $300 a month for hosting and maintenance. Our website plan is $79.
How you pay
Card or bank transfer, through Stripe. You get an invoice in writing before any charge and a receipt after every one. Nothing is charged that you haven’t seen coming.
Every other cost
Your domain, about twenty dollars a year, and you own it, not us. That’s the whole list. No setup fees, no per-edit charges, no hosting surcharges, no surprise line items in month three.
The money questions, answered straight
Can I cancel the monthly fee?
Yes, any month, no penalty. Your site stays up through the period you’ve paid for, you keep your domain and everything we built, and if you’re moving somewhere else we’ll help you carry it over. No hostages.
What if I want changes after launch?
Covered by the monthly. New prices, new photos, a new service page: text us and it’s done, usually the same day. There is no per-edit invoice hiding behind any request.
Do I pay more if the agent takes a lot of calls?
No. The monthly fee is flat. If your call volume ever grows far beyond what your plan was built for, we’ll talk about it with you before anything changes, never after.
Is there a contract?
The build has a simple one-page agreement so we’re both protected: what we’re building, what it costs, when it’s done. The monthly is month to month with no lock-in.
When do I get the exact number?
In writing, within a day of the intro call. The prices on this page are the real prices. If your job needs something unusual, you get the exact number in writing before anything gets built.
