Our process

Every step, from first call to long after launch

No mystery, no black box, no “trust the process.” This page is the process: what happens, when it happens, what we need from you, and what you get at every step.

The intro call

Day 0, fifteen minutes

We ask how the business actually runs: how customers find you, how they book, and where they slip away. You tell us what you want off your plate. If we’re not the right fit for what you need, we say so on this call and point you somewhere better.

What we need from you

Fifteen minutes on the phone. Nothing prepared, nothing technical.

What you get

A plain-English recommendation of what to build and what to skip.

The plan and the price

Within 24 hours

We send one page in writing: what we’re building, exactly what it costs, and the day it’ll be live. No forty-slide proposal, no “starting at” pricing that grows later. You reply go, and we start.

What we need from you

A yes or a no. Both are fine.

What you get

Your exact price in writing before anything gets built.

Design and build

Days 1 to 5

We write every word of the site from that one call, design it around how you get customers, and build it. Midweek, you get a link to the work in progress. You tell us what’s off: a price, a photo, how we described a service. We fix it in the next pass.

What we need from you

One honest look at the midweek link and a reply with what’s wrong.

What you get

A finished site you’ve already seen and corrected, so launch has no surprises.

Agent training

Days 5 to 8, on agent plans

We build the agent’s knowledge from your services, prices, hours, and the questions customers actually ask you. Then we test-call it together until it answers like someone who works there. It’s trained to hand the call to you the moment it’s unsure, and your number never changes: missed calls simply roll to it instead of voicemail.

What we need from you

A list of your services and prices, and ten minutes of test calls with us.

What you get

An agent that answers like your front desk, not like a robot reading a script.

Launch

About week two

We put the site live on your domain, switch on the agent and booking, and watch everything ourselves for the first few days. You get one place to see calls, bookings, and messages, and we walk you through it once, in plain English.

What we need from you

Nothing. This part is entirely on us.

What you get

A live site, an answered phone, and a working calendar, all at once.

After launch

Ongoing, covered by the monthly

New prices, a new service, holiday hours: text us and it’s updated, usually the same day. Hosting, security, and backups run without you asking. We check in, we don’t disappear, and there’s no per-edit invoice waiting behind any request.

What we need from you

A text message whenever something in the business changes.

What you get

Systems that stay current without becoming your second job.

Everything we’ll ever ask of you

A fifteen minute call. One honest look at a link midweek. Your services and prices. A text when something changes. That’s the entire job description for your side of this.
